I have the VX-8R. Fantastic technology. I only discovered Hak5 a few months ago & really find it useful besides increasing my computer knowledge. I also participate in 6-9 Public Service events a year. Thanks for a show on APRS. It is really a fantastic use of the amateur bandwidth, and totally free for the user.

When all else fails, Amateur Radio.
